Returns:
- Cottage Spas accepts returns of new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase.
- Contact info@cottagespas.com to initiate the returns process and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Returns due to damage or Cottage Spas error are covered by Cottage Spas; for other returns, shipping costs apply.
- No set restocking fee for product returns; credit issued upon inspection, less any new boxing fees if applicable.
Backyard Lifestyles
Returns:
- Cottage Spas handles factory defect warranty issues.
- Consideration for unopened, unused item returns with a 25% restocking fee on a case-by-case basis with no guarantee of return.
Dundalk Leisure Craft
Return Policy:
- Generally, Cottage Spas does not accept returns due to high return shipping costs.
- If a return is necessary, a 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Products must be returned in original packaging and condition, subject to Cottage Spas inspection.
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 14 days from order entry: cancellation without penalty.
- After 14 days, a $65.00 cancellation fee applies.
- Within 7 days of the ship date, no cancellations.
- Special conditions for Canadian Timber Collection products.
Order Change Policy:
- Up to 14 days from order entry: editing/changes without penalty.
- After 14 days, a $65.00 edit/change fee applies.
- Within 7 days of the ship date, no edits/changes.
- After shipping, $250 fee for ship-to address change.
Golden Designs Inc.
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Items returnable within 30 days in new condition with original packaging.
- Customer pays original and return shipping; restocking fee of 25% may apply.
- Photos required for return validation; refund issued upon inspection.
- Cancellations must be done on the same business day; custom-made items may have different conditions.
- Refunds for non-USD payments are in accordance with the purchasing currency.

Order Processing and Returns:
- Cottage Spas strives to fulfill orders promptly; returns may be accepted at Cottage Spas discretion.
- Returns for defective products possible with a reasonable restocking charge.

Cancellation & Returns:
- Returns accepted within 20 calendar days for brand new and uninstalled items with a 15% restocking fee.
- Customer responsible for all shipping costs.
- Refund issued upon inspection minus shipping costs.
Ohio Flame
Return Policy:
- Returns cover damaged or defective products only; no "buyer's remorse."
- Contact info@cottagespas.com for damaged or defective products; refund or replacement issued.
- Returns accepted if the product is in "new, unused, and resellable condition."
- Customer responsible for all shipping costs. Re stocking fee may apply.

Returns (Other than Repairs):
- Prior authorization required for all returns; 20% restocking fee applied.
- Contact info@cottagespas.com for a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#).
- Authorized credit returns accepted within 30 days from the invoice date.
