Damaged stove

Unfortunately I cannot review this beautiful stove that I was hoping to install prior to Christmas, I am building my own sauna, and this product was going to be the centerpiece of my effort, it was delivered promptly, but when unwrapped I discovered that in the handling and transportation of the stove to my house one side of the stove, got crushed by something that had been placed on top of the stove, despite the warning labels that were placed on the product that specifically warned of loading anything on top. Needless to say, I have not hooked up the stove and I’m waiting on decision on how to handle the issue I sent pictures to a representative and hopes of rectify this issue because I would really like to use the stove in my newly built, sauna.
